Costume jewelry untouched for years in an antique mall, or various fabric scraps in a bin at a flea market.These are real examples of things that have sparked inspiration for our projects -- some even becoming the foundation of entire pieces.While most of our offerings are created entirely from repurposed materials, even those that aren't were prototyped with them.Our motto here at Oncemore is "Find beauty in everything - make art from anything."

SHIPPING INFO

We have two tiers of flat-rate shipping.

Orders will be shipped out within 3 business days from when they are placed. Our mail days typically fall on Monday or Friday, since we are both employed outside of running Oncemore.

- Orders received after 5pm EST on Friday will be shipped out Monday.
- Orders received after 5pm EST on Monday will be shipped out between Wednesday and Friday.Currently, we can only ship within North America (including the United States, Canada, and Mexico). We hope to expand internationally in due time! Be sure to subscribe to our email list, as we’ll certainly announce it when the time comes.

ALLERGY INFO / CARE GUIDE

Store your pieces in a dry, cool location, and avoid exposure to excess moisture.
We treat our metal pieces with ProtectaClear before they go out, but since we don't always know the history/materials of our findings, oxidization or tarnishing is often best treated with a gentle wipedown or dish detergent/warm water.

When picking pieces, we try to use our best judgment and select higher-quality options. Our static materials (jumprings, chains, earring findings/hardware) are always zinc/pewter/nickel free, and generally hypoallergenic. But to be safe, anyone with metal allergies such as nickel are advised to shop with caution. Furthermore, those with young children should be aware of potential lead or cadmium exposure.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Returns are only accepted in the case of product damage.
To request a repair, email us at [email protected] with the subject “Product Repair” and attach relevant photos/information within 14 business days of your parcel arrival.
Should a return be necessary to complete the repair, you will cover shipping costs back to us, but we will cover the cost for reshipment to you after the repair is complete.

We want to make things right, and we kindly ask that you communicate with us if you have any issues. Contact us first for any product questions or to begin the resolution process after a purchase.In some cases, we may be able to counsel you through a quick DIY fix, or simply send you replacement bits at no cost.

Bring us a color palette, reference photo, mood board, or a focal/finding to center around. We'll work alongside you to develop something uniquely yours.

EXISTING DESIGNS

Start with one of our necklaces, earrings, or other items as a base - then customize the colors, materials, and closure to make it your own.

TURNAROUND & SHIPPING

Depending on the piece’s complexity, and the fact that we don’t work linear hours, the turnaround time can vary. When we respond to your inquiry, we will develop with you a timeline that works for both parties. Work does not begin until the full deposit is received. See our FAQ for shipping info.
